Take whole wheat flour, grated dudhi, and grated ginger in a bowl.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Add turmeric power, chilli powder, turbinado sugar, salt, and oil.<\/li>\n<li>Mix it well using your hands.<\/li>\n<li>Start kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and soft. Note: Add water if needed to knead the dough.\u00a0 It all depends on the content of the dudhi you are using.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Making dudhi thepla recipe. Make round balls using your hands.<\/li>\n<li>Take one ball at a time and flatten it between your palms.\u00a0 Apply oil in your palm if necessary.\u00a0 Now using a roller pin, roll it into circle.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Heat the non stick pan on medium heat.
