The sails have risen, and so have the children. The team is back, and this time they\u2019re voyaging across the seas to locate their close friends, Mr. Benedict and Number Two. This book review is for <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mysterious Benedict Society Book 2<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and you should definitely read it if you\u2019re anticipating the crew going on another journey.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The children, their parents\/guardians, and their friends are all gathering together to reconcile and celebrate their 1 year anniversary of uniting to stop Dr. Curtain. However, he has come back, and Mr. Benedict and Number Two have coincidentally gone missing. Reynie, Constance, Sticky, and Katie are back on track and working together to solve and find clues to discover their friends\u2019 location.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They travel on a ship, but obstacles arrive as well, such as Dr. Curtain\u2019s Ten Men who are very strong and fearsome, and old faces from Boatwright Academy who still work for Dr. Curtain and are also out to stop the children. The team has arrived for another adventure and is also finding out why Dr. Curtain has kidnapped the two in the first place. Can they stop Mr. Benedict\u2019s twin brother and solve the mysteries before it\u2019s too late? Read the book to find out!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I would rate this book 4.3 stars out of 5. I preferred the first book more, but this still was an amazing sequel to the book. Constance\u2019s character has definitely improved a little, and she has become a little more likable. The plot is wonderful, and there aren\u2019t many boring sections. I would recommend this book to people who enjoy mystery and adventure and are in middle school. You should absolutely read this book if you\u2019ve read the first book.
