It is made using coarse besan and some everyday spices. It is soft from the inside, crunchy from the outside, spicy, and sweet. As a snack, it complements chai very well. Notes: Make sure to fry them on low to medium flame. Use a ziplock bag to drop the fulwadi directly into the oil. Dilute baking soda with water and then add it to the dough.
