Ingredients to make masala peanuts are 1 cup whole peanuts, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 garam masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, and 1 teaspoon sunflower oil.
Ingredients for the aloo mixture are 9 red potatoes, boiled; 6 tablespoons tamarind chutney; 6 tablespoons sunflower oil; salt to taste; 1 cup finely chopped cilantro; 1 cup spiced peanuts; 2 tablespoons Shri Hari dabeli masala; and 2 tablespoons Laxmi dabeli masala.
