Happy 14th Wedding Anniversary to us.  Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone!!!

After the snowfall, Kruti built a tiny snowman and made snowballs for fun.  She loved to stomp through the snow and make footprints.  Kruti had a wonderful time playing outdoors with snow during winter.

Grab and go snack! Goya tostones chips are delicious, crunchy, and made from green plantain.  They are known as patacones in South America.  These chips are deep-fried to give unique flavor and texture.  It’s one of our favorite Latin snacks.

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, potatoes, chaat masala, lime juice, finely chopped cilantro, water, oil, cumin seeds, salt, garam masala, and ajwain.
