Union Fare Bakery serves different types of stuffed croissants.  My favorite stuffed croissants are Red Velvet, Creme Brûlée, and Matcha.  Red Velvet has a cream cheese filling, and it is decadent.  Their divine croissants are buttery, flakey, and crunchy.  They have the perfect amount of sweetness of the cream and are not overly sweet.  I tried unique and creative stuffed croissants from the Union Square bakery.
