Methi Dhebras are the perfect teatime snack and Gujarati’s favorite one. They are crispy on the outside and soft inside. It’s deep-fried Indian puri prepared from millet flour and finely chopped methi leaves.
Ingredients
- 1 cup bajara flour(millet flour)
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup chopped methi leaves
- 1 TSP green chili paste
- 2 TSP sesame seeds
- 2 TSP cooking sunflower oil
- 1/2 TSP turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 2 TBSP chopped cilantro
- 2 TSP brown sugar
- 1 TSP ginger paste
- cooking oil for deep frying
