Delicious Methi Dhebra Made by Jaimi!!!

Methi Dhebras are the perfect teatime snack and Gujarati’s favorite one.  They are crispy on the outside and soft inside.  It’s deep-fried Indian puri prepared from millet flour and finely chopped methi leaves.  

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup bajara flour(millet flour)
  2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1 cup chopped methi leaves
  4. 1 TSP green chili paste
  5. 2 TSP sesame seeds
  6. 2 TSP cooking sunflower oil
  7. 1/2 TSP turmeric powder
  8. salt to taste
  9. 2 TBSP chopped cilantro
  10. 2 TSP brown sugar
  11. 1 TSP ginger paste
  12. cooking oil for deep frying
