Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped methi leaves
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup gram flour
- 1/2 TSP ginger paste
- 1/2 TSP green chili paste
- 1 TSP brown sugar
- 1 TSP lime juice
- 1/4 TSP turmeric powder
- 1/4 TSP garam masala
- 1 TSP sunflower oil
- salt to taste
- water
- 2 TBSP mustard seeds for tempering
- 2 TBSP sesame seeds for tempering
- few curry leaves for tempering
- sunflower oil for cooking
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using a little water.
- Divide the dough into equal portions. Shape them into even-sized rounds and flatten them between your palms.
- Place on a greased baking tray and bake them at 350°F until golden brown.
