Oven Baked Methi Muthias Made by Jaimi!!!

 

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup chopped methi leaves
  2. 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/3 cup gram flour
  4. 1/2 TSP ginger paste
  5. 1/2 TSP green chili paste
  6. 1 TSP brown sugar
  7. 1 TSP lime juice
  8. 1/4 TSP turmeric powder
  9. 1/4 TSP garam masala
  10. 1 TSP sunflower oil
  11. salt to taste
  12. water
  13. 2 TBSP mustard seeds for tempering
  14. 2 TBSP sesame seeds for tempering
  15. few curry leaves for tempering
  16. sunflower oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using a little water.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions.  Shape them into even-sized rounds and flatten them between your palms.
  3. Place on a greased baking tray and bake them at 350°F until golden brown.  
  4. Enjoy!
