Ingredients: All Purpose Flour, Salt, Oil for Roasting, Boiled Potatoes, Green Chillies Paste, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala, Lime Juice, & Turbinado Sugar.

Aloo Paratha is a popular Indian flatbread made with all-purpose or whole wheat flour, mashed potatoes, spices & herbs.  A dough is made with whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour.  Then boiled potatoes are mashed with spices.  It’s stuffed with a delicious potato mixture in a small disc of dough and sealed.  Finally, it’s rolled and pan fry with oil.  It can be enjoyed with yogurt, raita, chutney, pickle, subzi, or curry.  Aloo Paratha can be served as breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
