Ingredients: Chopped Kesar Mango & Water or Milk as required
The ripe mango season in India starts from April to June. Countless varieties of mango exist in India, including Kesar & Alphonso mangoes. Mango Rus is a traditional Gujarati sweet dessert. Aamras means mango juice and is plain mango puree or pulp. It is served with a Gujarati thali meal. Blend in chopped Kesar Mango with or without water or milk. This yummy sweet mango pulp is delicious with cardamom powder as well.
