Tomato Chutney Without Garlic and Onion Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make tomato chutney are vine tomatoes, mustard seeds, olive oil, curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pieces of green chillies and salt.

Tomato chutney are tangy, little spicy and delicious South Indian chutney.  The key ingredients to prepare flavorsome tomato chutney are tomatoes and basic spices.  To enhance the flavor of the chutney, it is tempered with curry leaves and mustard seeds.  It pairs perfectly with South Indian cuisine such as idli, dosa, uttapam or varities of vadas.  This tomato chutney which I have prepared is without onion and garlic.  Though if you want to add onion as well as garlic help yourself.

Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of red chilli powder according to your taste.  Adjust the salt and spices according to your taste preference.
