Yummy Oats Chilla Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make oats chilla are ground oats, gram flour, finely chopped cilantro, crushed ginger, crushed green chillies, turmeric powder, sunflower oil for cooking, red chilli powder, salt, and water.

Oats chilla are delish savory pancake made with oats, gram flour, cilantro, & basic everyday spices.  Traditionally chilla has been prepared with chickpea flour, but to alter the recipe of making chilla by adding ground oats makes a healthier version of chilla.  These delicious pancakes, or chilla, can be enjoyed as a healthy breakfast or as a snack.  Perfect for a brunch, too.
