Delicious Methi Dhebra Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make methi dhebra are 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour, 3 cups millet flour, 4 cups finely chopped methi leaves, 4 TSP grated ginger, 1 TSP red chilli powder, 1 TBSP turmeric powder, 1 TSP sunflower oil for cooking, 6 TBSP Greek yogurt, 3 TSP salt, 3 TSP carom seeds, and water as needed.

Methi dhebra are one of the Gujarati’s favorite dish in the state of Gujarat, India.  They are made of bajra flour and freshly methi leaves with basic spices.  Methi dhebra can be enjoyed as a breakfast.  Also can be served as a perfect brunch with yogurt or pickle.

Notes: You can bake them in a preheated oven on 400 degrees and bake it until golden brown.  Add or omit ingredients according to your own taste preference.
