Masala papdi are traditional Gujarati snack also known as crispy puri. They are made from whole wheat flour and everyday basic spices. These crispy papdis are use in chaats such as sev papdi chaat, bhelpuri, and many more. These crispy baked papdis are healthy snack & complements well with a cup of tea or a coffee.
