This recipe uses baking instead of deep frying it to make it healthy version of namakpare.  This recipe uses a mix of whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour rather than just all-purpose flour.  This savory snack is made of flours, ghee, and basic spices such as salt and crushed black pepper to make these namakpare more flavorful.  Serve as a tea time snack any time of the day with a cup of tea or a coffee.
