Rava Uttapam Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make rava uttapam are semolina, Greek yogurt, salt, water, finely chopped green bell peppers, chopped vine tomatoes, sunflower oil for cooking, finely chopped cilantro leaves, and ENO.

Rava uttapam are savory, healthy, and mouthwatering South Indian pancakes made from semolina and vegetables of your choice.  Serve with chutney and sambar or sambar itself.  Using this recipe, rava uttapam can be prepared with semolina, yogurt, vegetables of your choice, and basic everyday spices.  Choice of vegetables can be added to this recipe are onion, tomato, green bell pepper, grated cabbage, grated carrot, and cilantro.  This uttapam batter does not require any fermentation and can be prepared instantly as a breakfast or as a healthy snack.  Use the following recipe to prepare healthy and delicious rava uttapam.

Note: You can add your own twist of flavors such as finely chopped cilantro leaves and finely chopped green bell pepper to the rava uttapam recipe.  You can also prepare plain rava uttapam without adding any vegetables to this recipe.  You can tweak spices according to your taste preferences.
