Scrumptious Baked Samosa Pinwheels Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make potato stuffing for samosa pinwheels are boiled red potatoes, finely chopped cilantro leaves, garam masala, lime juice, coconut sugar, chaat masala, sunflower oil, red chilli powder, and salt.

Ingredients to make dough for samosa pinwheels are whole wheat flour, semolina, salt, sunflower oil, and water.

Baked Samosa Pinwheels are delicious Indian snack stuffed with spiced potato filling and baked until golden brown.  Using this recipe, you can deep fry the samosa pinwheels or can be baked in the oven at 350 degrees until crisp and golden brown.  To keep it healthy, I have baked the samosa pinwheels in the oven instead of deep frying them.  Serve it with green cilantro mint chutney and sweet tamarind chutney to enhance the flavor of samosa pinwheels.  This mouthwatering, healthy snack can be enjoyed as a appetizer.
