Scrumptious Cilantro Bajra Dhebra Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make cilantro bajra dhebra are 1 cup pearl millet flour, 1/3 cup semolina, 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup finely chopped cilantro, 1 TBSP Greek yogurt, 1 TSP finely chopped green chillies, 1 TSP turmeric powder, 1 TSP red chilli powder, sunflower oil for deep frying, 1.5 TSP sesame seeds, 1 TSP salt, and 1 TBSP coconut sugar.

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add all the flours and spices and mix well.
  2. Then add chopped cilantro and yogurt and mix well to make a semi soft dough.
  3. You can add water as needed to make the dough.
  4. Make balls of equal size from the dough.
  5. Take a ball of dough and roll it to make a small disk on the parchment paper.  
  6. Just pat the dough with fingers and make a disk like poori.  ‘
  7. Heat the oil in a deep wide pan and deep fry these dhebras on medium to low heat until they turn golden brown on both side.
  8. Drain in paper towel to remove excess oil from dhebras.

Note: You can just tweak some spices as per your taste preference.  Tweak the recipe according to your own preferences, ingredients themselves, and the ratios.
