Chana Dal Vada Made by Jaimi!!!

Chana dal vada is a popular Indian deep fried snack made from chana dal.  Chana dal vada is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.  The main ingredient of the chana dal vada is soaked chana dal.  The chana dal is coarsely ground to give a nice texture to the vadas.  There are so many variations you can do while making them.  You can add finely chopped onion or cabbage to make chana dal vada more flavorful.  Serve vadas with ketchup or chutney!

Ingredients to make chana dal vada are chana dal, red chilli powder, finely chopped cilantro, soaked chana dal, turmeric powder, gram flour as needed, salt, and sunflower oil for deep frying.
