Raw cashew nuts are mixed with spices and baked to crunchy perfection or golden brown. These super addictive masala kaju can be served as a snack any time of the day.
Ingredients to make baked masala kaju are 2 cups whole cashew nuts, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, and 2 teaspoons chaat masala powder.
