Pav Bhaji is a very famous Indian street food in India. Pav Bhaji is made of potatoes and other vegetables cooked in a tomato base gravy and eaten with buttery pav or dinner rolls. It can be sprinkled with finely chopped cilantro and topped with lime juice. Also, finely chopped onion can be topped to add a crunch to the dish. Onion is heavily used in making Pav Bhaji, but I skipped adding it to this recipe. It is liked by almost everyone, including kids. Pav Bhaji is a healthy dish and can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients to make Pav Bhaji are sunflower oil, organic unsalted butter, vine tomatoes finely chopped, red potatoes, carrots, cauliflower finely chopped, bell pepper finely chopped, salt to taste, turmeric powder, and MTR pav bhaji masala.
