“A Smart Girl’s Guide: Cooking: How to Make Food for Your Friends, Your Family & Yourself” Book Review by Kruti!!!

Have you ever helped out in the kitchen or cooked with an older or younger family member? You may or may not have. If you haven’t, that’s okay! I have a book suggestion that will give you the basics and tips when it comes to cooking and baking in the kitchen.

In this book, you will find yourself learning about the advantages of cooking, taking quizzes, healthy foods, and more! It’s a great guide for young chefs who have just started to learn how to cook. A Smart Girl’s Guide: Cooking also talks about the food groups, materials often used in cooking, and how to follow recipes. They even include recipes that you can make with family and/or friends, such as quesadillas, scrambled eggs, pasta, and more! It’s guaranteed to be your favorite cooking guide in making palatable food for your friends, family, and yourself!

I absolutely loved this cooking book! It showed me how to wash vegetables and fruits and how to cook. It also taught me how to make bright frosting for cupcakes, cakes, or cookies, scrambled eggs, quesadillas, rice, and how to use a knife properly. I would recommend this book to girls ages 9+ and that they cook with an adult when trying out the recipes in the book. In conclusion, I think this would be an excellent cooking guide for girls ages 9+. It would give them the opportunity to try making and devouring new foods. Bon Appetit!
