Delish Fattoush Salad With Chickpeas Made by Jaimi!!!

Fattoush Salad is a mouthwatering salad that you will find throughout Middle East.  There are many variations to make this salad using many different recipes.  It is a fresh,  bright, and colorful salad made with different vegetables and topped with deep fried pita bread.  To make it healthier version of Fattoush Salad, I have toasted the pita bread instead of deep frying it. Last, a simple lemon dressing is added, and the salad is tossed together.  Serve immediately and garnish it with more pita bread chips.  Our family enjoys Fattoush Salad With Chickpeas as a lunch or dinner.

Ingredients to make Fattoush Salad With Chickpeas are 4 vine tomatoes chopped, 2 chopped cucumbers, 4 cups chickpeas, handful of finely chopped cilantro, and 5 whole wheat pita toasted and cut into pieces.

Ingredients to make Dressing are 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon pink salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder.
