Fattoush Salad is a mouthwatering salad that you will find throughout Middle East. There are many variations to make this salad using many different recipes. It is a fresh, bright, and colorful salad made with different vegetables and topped with deep fried pita bread. To make it healthier version of Fattoush Salad, I have toasted the pita bread instead of deep frying it. Last, a simple lemon dressing is added, and the salad is tossed together.
