Gram Flour Poori or Besan Poori are deep fried Indian flat bread made with combination of whole wheat flour and gram flour along with everyday spices. It can be eaten as a breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients to make gram flour poori are gram flour, whole wheat flour, finely chopped cilantro leaves, ajwain, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, sunflower oil and canola oil for deep frying, and water.
