Methi Na Gota is a traditional deep fried Indian snack especially made in state of Gujarat. This recipe that I have found makes the best bhajia you have ever tried – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Ingredients
- chick pea flour
- semolina
- Greek yogurt
- methi leaves
- cilantro leaves
- Turbinado sugar
- salt
- finely chopped green chillies
- coarsely crushed black pepper
- ENO
- coarsely crushed coriander seeds
- sunflower oil for deep frying
