“National Geographic Kids: Guinness World Records” Article Review by Kruti!!!

Hello! Today, we will be discussing three fascinating new records that people accomplished from a magazine. I hope you enjoy learning about these records, which are very surprising!

The first record we will be talking about is a ring with the most diamonds. This diamond ring is beautiful and shiny due to the fact that it has 24,679 sparklers and a gorgeous design. Liquid gold was first poured into a mold, and the petals were then covered with silver diamonds. It must be really expensive with all of those diamonds on it and the liquid gold underneath the diamonds. Wearing it is a bit of a hassle because the ring itself weighs 1 pound almost!

The second record is about a dog who has crammed the most tennis balls into his mouth. Finley, the dog’s name, is a golden retriever, a dog breed that can come in gold, cream, or red. His owner, Cheri, says that Finley wouldn’t give the tennis balls back when he chased after them. Finley scoops the balls off the ground into his mouth when she just places the balls on the ground. The dog fits six tennis balls into his mouth! He is a compelling dog, for sure.

The last record will shock you, as it is, in my opinion, the most mind-blowing on this list. The record for the widest crown, the top part of a tree above the trunk, goes to a 58-foot-tall tree in Thailand! The fact that its crown has a diameter of 200 feet and its trunk’s width is 30 feet is overall even more alluring! This tree’s picture (It will be shown below) looks so unbelievable! Every time I look at it, I just keep staring at it, asking myself, “How is this even possible?”

In conclusion, even though all of these records are beguiling, the most fascinating one for me is the widest crown on a tree record. What about you? What was your favorite record from this list?
