Ingredients
- 1 cup sooji
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup water
- 1 tsp ENO
- sunflower oil for greasing the molds
- for tempering
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chana dal
- 1 tbsp urad dal whole
- few curry leaves
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper
- ¼ cup grated carrots
- salt to taste
