- ½ cup cashew nuts
- ½ cup whole pistachios
- 30 saffron strands
- 26 whole black peppercorns
- 26 whole green cardamom pods
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds(khus khus)
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp melon seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 rose dried petals
- For Thandai Milkshake
- 1½ cups chilled milk
- 1 tbsp Turbinado sugar
- 2 tbsp Thandai powder
- 4 ice cubes
- sliced almonds and chopped pistachios for garnish
