You can sprout any lentils using damp cheesecloth, mason jars, and instant pots.

  • 1 cup whole green moong
  • 2 cups water

Notes:  Wash and soak the moong overnight with water.  Next day washed and drained moong wrap in a  cheesecloth.  Place it on a colander in a warm and dark place for sprouting.  If the cheesecloth seems dry, dampen it with a few drops of water.
