Ingredients
- 2½ cups gram flour
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp carom seeds
- ½ cup water
- ½ sunflower oil
- ½ tsp papad khar
- 1 tsp salt
- sunflower oil for deep frying
