Kulfi – an eggless Indian frozen dessert without ice crystals, and it’s creamy. People believe that Kulfi originated in Delhi, India. This Kulfi recipe is unique and only uses 5 ingredients. It’s super easy to make without an ice cream maker. Summer will not be completed without having a Kulfi. It did knock the sock off; that’s how good this Kulfi had tasted. Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp saffron threads
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz.
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons raw pistachios chopped

Notes: Heat 1 cup heavy whipping cream and saffron over medium to low heat in a saucepan. Bring the cream and saffron to a gentle boil. Then, remove it from the heat to cool it to room temperature. Refrigerate the cream in a covered container for 5 hours. Beat the 1 cup heavy whipping cream and refrigerated cream until soft peaking.
