Samosa is a delicious and mouthwatering Indian snack.  These triangular-shaped dumplings are stuffed with spiced potatoes and peas.  They are baked until golden brown in the oven.  Not deep frying them, it still has all the flavor of excellent samosas. Kruti had fun with friends and teachers on the day of Halloween.  On the annual parade, she was dressed up as Minnie Mouse.  I enjoyed watching the parade at the school playground blacktop.
