These dumplings are made from gram flour, and fenugreek leaves can be steamed, fried, or baked. I have made methi muthiya using the steamed method. Steamed Methi Muthiyas are tempered with curry leaves and sesame seeds. These irresistible healthy bites make a delicious snack or breakfast.
