Luscious Mango Lassi Made by Jaimi!!!

A Mango Lassi is a famous traditional Indian yogurt-based mango smoothie.  Mango Lassi can be made using canned mango pulp, fresh mango, or frozen mango.  I have used canned mango pulp to make a cool and refreshing concoction.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups of canned Mango Pulp
  2. 3 cups of Fage Greek Yogurt
  3.  1 1/2 cups of Organic 2% Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend mango pulp, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
  2. Pour mango lassi into cups.
  3. Serve chilled mango lassi.
