A Mango Lassi is a famous traditional Indian yogurt-based mango smoothie. Mango Lassi can be made using canned mango pulp, fresh mango, or frozen mango. I have used canned mango pulp to make a cool and refreshing concoction.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of canned Mango Pulp
- 3 cups of Fage Greek Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups of Organic 2% Milk
Instructions
- Blend mango pulp, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
- Pour mango lassi into cups.
- Serve chilled mango lassi.
