For Dhania Pudina Pani(cilantro & mint water):
- handful of cilantro
- a handful of mint leaves
- 2-inch ginger piece
- 1 green chili
- 1/4 cup tamarind juice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 TSP cumin powder
- 1/2 TSP chaat masala
- salt to taste
Ingredients for Masala Stuffing:
- 2 potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 1 cup chickpeas, soaked and cooked
- 1 TSP chaat masala
- salt to taste
- chopped cilantro
Ingredients for Puri:
- 2 cups of sooji/semolina / rava
- 4 TBSP maida / plain flour / all-purpose flour
- 1/4 TSP of baking soda
- 1/2 TSP salt
- 2 TSP oil
- 1/2 cup of water, or as required
- oil for deep frying
