Perfect Oven Roasted Potatoes Wedges by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients:  Russet Potatoes, Olive Oil, salt, and ground black pepper.

  1. 4 Medium Russet Potatoes scrubbed and cut into wedges
  2. 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  3. 2 TSP Salt
  4. 1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F.  Line a parchment pepper on a baking sheet pan.  
  2. In a blow, place olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper.
  3. Place the potato wedges into a bowl and mix it well using your hands.
  4. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet pan.  Bake it until golden brown and fork tender.
  5. Enjoy!
