Baked Lilva Kachori Made by Jaimi!!!

  

Ingredients to make Dough are All Purpose Flour, Semolina, Chickpeas Flour, Water, Sunflower Oil, and Salt.

Ingredients to make Stuffing are Frozen Pigeon Peas, Shredded Coconut, Ginger, Chopped Green Chillies, Cilantro Leaves, Lime Juice, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Turbinado Sugar, Salt, and Sunflower Oil.

Lilva Kachori is a perfect snack made from fresh or frozen pigeon peas and everyday spices.  The outer layer of these kachori is crispy and flakey.  The filling is made with pigeon peas, coconut, green chillies, sugar, lime juice, and other spices.  These gives a perfect balance of flavors to the filling.  Lilva Kachori are being baked instead of deep frying it.  These makes a perfect healthy snack for any time of the day.  Liva Kachori can be enjoyed with sweet tamarind chutney and green mint and cilantro chutney.
