The ingredients: You’ll need 1/2 cup of vegetable or cooking oil, 3 large eggs, 3/4 cups of sugar, 1 1/2 cups of pumpkin puree, 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 3/4 cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
Instructions: First, preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two doughnut pans. We sprayed the pan with cooking spray. Next, mix together the oil, eggs, sugar, puree, pumpkin spice, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. After that, add the flour into the bowl and mix together gently so that some of the flour doesn’t scatter on your workspace. Then pour the mixture into a piping bag and squeeze the batter into the greased donut pans. Lastly, bake the doughnuts in the oven for 15-18 minutes. Use a toothpick to see if the doughnuts are baked by inserting it into a doughnut. If the toothpick comes out clean, take the batch of doughnuts out of the oven and place it on a cooling rack. Once the treats cool, dig in!
