Jeera Biscuits Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make Jeera Biscuits are 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup almond flour, ghee as needed, 1/2 TSP salt, 1 TSP cumin seeds, 1/2 TSP baking powder, 1/4 cup milk, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar.  

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl and place the sieve on it.
  2. Add whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Sieve it.  
  3. Now add ghee into the mixture and mix it.
  4. Add cumin seeds and pour milk little by little into the mixture.  Mix to a crumble texture.
  5. Take a baking pan and line up a baking sheet on it.
  6. Make balls out of the dough.
  7. Then slightly flatten the balls with cookie stamps to make a perfect design.
  8. Bake biscuits until golden brown and crisp.
  9. Remove the biscuits immediately to a cooling rack.
  10. Cool the biscuits completely.
  11. Enjoy!
