Ingredients to make Jeera Biscuits are 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup almond flour, ghee as needed, 1/2 TSP salt, 1 TSP cumin seeds, 1/2 TSP baking powder, 1/4 cup milk, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl and place the sieve on it.
- Add whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Sieve it.
- Now add ghee into the mixture and mix it.
- Add cumin seeds and pour milk little by little into the mixture. Mix to a crumble texture.
- Take a baking pan and line up a baking sheet on it.
- Make balls out of the dough.
- Then slightly flatten the balls with cookie stamps to make a perfect design.
- Bake biscuits until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove the biscuits immediately to a cooling rack.
- Cool the biscuits completely.
