Flavorsome Mini Mathiya Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make mini mathiya are 3 cups mathiya flour, 1 TSP carom seeds, 2 TSP sesame seeds, 4 TBSP Turbinado sugar, 1/2 TSP red chilli powder, 1 TSP salt, and 3/4 cup water.

Mini mathiya are crispy, savory Gujarati snack.  These irresistible snacks has sweet and salty flavors and are made of mathiya flour.  These deep fried crunchy snack adds unique taste by adding spices like carom seeds, sesame seeds, red chilli powder and sugar.  They are mostly prepared during Diwali festival, but now days no need any festival.  It is available whole year in Gujarati household, and can be enjoyed at any time.
