Scrumptious Methi Dhebra Made by Jaimi!!!

 

Ingredients to make methi dhebra are 2 cups finely chopped Methi leaves, 1 cup finely chopped cilantro, 2 TBSP sunflower oil, 2 TSP grated ginger, 2 crused green chillies, 2 TSP sesame seeds, 1 TSP carom seeds, 1/2 TSP red chilli powder, 1 TSP turmeric powder, 2 cups millet flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 2 TBSP gram flour, 6 TBSP Greek yogurt, 2 TSP salt, sunflower oil for frying, and water.  

Methi dhebra are traditional Gujarati all time favorite snack.  Methi dhebra are crispy from outside and soft inside.  It’s deep fried Indian savory puri or bread which is prepared from millet flour, whole wheat flour, most essential spices, and chopped methi leaves.  Methi dhebra can be served with plain yogurt or pickle.
