Baked Farsi Puri Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make farsi puri whole wheat flour, ghee, cumin seeds, coarsely crushed black pepper, salt, and water.

Farsi puris are crispy deep fried savory snack from Gujarati cuisine. I made healthy version of these puris, without deep frying it, just baked them in the oven at 350 degrees until golden brown on both sides. Hence, baked puris tasted just as good as deep fried ones. It came out very tasty and crispy. To make it more healthier, I have used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour without using any oil as well. It goes very well with tea or coffee at any time of the day. The perfect snack for Diwali festival too!
