Mexican Bhel Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make Mexican bhel are boiled kidney beans, homemade tortilla chips, pan roasted corn, cilantro leaves, and mild salsa.

Mexican bhel are combination of two international cuisine Mexican & Indian.  Kidney beans & tortilla chips are the heart of this dish.  It’s an Indian dish with a Mexican twist.  You can add finely chopped green bell pepper, finely chopped green chillies, sev, finely chopped tomatoes, cheese to make Mexican bhel more flavorful & appealing dish.  To make it bit spicier add finely chopped deseeded jalapeño pepper to enhance the flavor of the dish.  Mexican Bhel can be enjoyed as a lunch or dinner or as a light snack.
