Mouthwatering Chinese Bhel Made by Jaimi!!!

Chinese Bhel is made of fried noodles, tossed with veggies and garnished with spring onions & cilantro.  A generous amount of Schezwan sauce is added to bind the Chinese Bhel together and to add a tangy flavor.  You can add any vegetables of your choice to make it flavorful and add crunch to the dish.  The Chinese Bhel is an Indian version of Chinese food from Mumbai.  Chinese Bhel is one of the most popular Indian snacks for kids.  Kruti loves this unique, crunchy Chinese Bhel.

Ingredients to make Chinese Bhel are fried Ching’s Veg Hakka Noodles, carrot finely chopped, cabbage finely chopped, green pepper finely chopped, finely chopped cilantro, sunflower oil, salt to taste, and Schezwan sauce.
