Yum-Yum Methi na Dhebra Made by Jaimi!!!

Ingredients to make Methi na Dhebra are about 5 cups finely chopped methi leaves, 3 cups bajra(black millet) flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 6 TBSP Turbinado sugar, 1 TSP ajwain, 2 cups Greek yogurt, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 1 TSP turmeric powder, 1/2 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 TSP salt, 2 TBSP sunflower oil, water as needed, oil for cooking, and bajra flour for rolling the dough.
