These delicious, crunchy, and filling sandwiches are our family’s all-time favorite snack. You can serve warm aloo sandwiches with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
Ingredients to make Aloo Sandwiches are 6 red potatoes, 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, juice of 4 limes, 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder, 4 TBSP Turbinado sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup finely chopped cilantro, 4 tablespoons sunflower oil, and slices of bread.
