A peach starts growing on a tree, and it keeps getting bigger and bigger. Aunt Sponge and Aunt Spiker use this as an advantage and gain money and publicity. James is asked to clean up the mess made by the crowd. He goes inside the peach and meets many insects.

This magnificent story is written by Roald Dahl, the author of Matilda. I love it. It’s very humorous and has some singing parts. I would recommend this book to ages 9-12 and to fantasy fans.
