Gujarati Dal

Gujarati Dal is a sweet, mildly spicy, and tangy, lentil soup made with tuvar dal. You can add lots of warming spices and jaggery to give it a strong spicy and sweet flavor. Dal is one of the Gujarati’s favorite soup enjoyed with rice or roti.
