- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- finely chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp ajwain
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 finely chopped green chilli
- sunflower oil for deep frying pooris
- water as needed
- salt
