Guvar Nu Shaak
Guvar is known as cluster beans. Guvars are famous Indian vegetables and can easily be found in Indian grocery stores. They are smaller, thinner, and have a slightly bitter taste.
Guvar Nu Shaak is a simple Gujarati subzi made with guvar and everyday spices. It can be served warm with roti, bhakri, or poori. Guvar Nu Shaak is often served with rice and dal for a complete meal. I have made Guvar Nu Shaak for the first time using the recipe, and it turned out to be PERFECT!!!
